Patrick was thorough, courteous, and very responsive. We had heavy rain and found that my gutters weren’t draining. He was able to come same day to get them flowing. In the process, I booked a cleaning for the siding of my house. He saved me time, money and didn’t wake my kids while doing all this work. A+

I don’t think the windows to my home had been cleaned since the house was built. The owner, Patrick, did an amazing job. The inside, outside, and frames of all the windows were sooooo clean when he was done. It was hard to get a good picture of how clear they were now, but they just glistened. Not only did he do an amazing job, he is very friendly and personable and extremely professional. Definitely use this company if you need your windows cleaned!!!

Patrick came by today to clean our windows inside and out. I don't care for heights and our skylight hasn't been cleaned inside for over ten years. Patrick did a great job cleaning all our windows. He brought all his own equipment and ladders. I would highly recommend that he do your windows next time they are due for a cleaning.

I was hosting a large party at my house in 3 weeks and thought that would have been plenty of time to get on someone's schedule to have my windows cleaned. I contacted 5 places, left messages or emailed from their website. Patrick, from American Dream Window Cleaning was the only one that got back to me timely. We communicated mostly through texting, which I prefer. He came out to count my windows and gave me an estimate right away. I had no flexibility on the day I needed this job done. Patrick was upfront that he would not be able to start until 2-3pm and would not be done until 8-9pm. I was fine with that and planned accordingly. Patrick and a younger kid arrived on time. As they worked, I was making mental notes of where I was seeing streaks on the windows. I figured when I walked the final inspection, I would point them out then. I started to notice as we got closer to 8pm, Patrick was redoing all the places I had mentally marked to address. He recleaned the big back window 3 times until it was perfect. In the end, I didn't have to point out anything, Patrick saw which were not done well and fixed them. In my past experience using larger window cleaning companies, they would send out a 4-5 person crew that rush through the job. They would leave my floors by the window a mess with water drip marks. None of this happened with Patrick. He was efficient and worked cleanly.

OUTSTANDING, EXCELLENT and PROFESSIONAL WORK!! We had called 2 other services to have our windows done but they did not return our calls, which we're so happy now that they did not!! I took down the number on the vehicle advertisement and called a few days later. As others have noted, we've NEVER had the glass, window tracks/frames and screens cleaned so thoroughly. Patrick went about his work with purpose and a plan. He did not ask for any materials nor supplies, he brought everything needed to move through the tasks efficiently, thoroughly and effectively.
